We are Ofer and Michelle Nadel, the owners and founders of Isles Pool Service. Since 2001, we’ve been the driving force behind this company, building it on four unbreakable pillars: quality, honesty, integrity, and loyalty. With 25 years of hands-on experience, we’ve grown this local venture into a trusted community fixture by committing to doing things the right way, one pool at a time. We truly believe that your pool should be a place for family and relaxation. To ensure we provide the best service possible, we prioritize ongoing education, regularly attending professional training sessions and bringing our staff along with us. This ensures that our entire team is always equipped with the latest skills and technology to serve you better. When we aren't at the office or out in the field, you can find us on a cruise ship or in our RV.

Charlie | General Manager

I’ve been with the Isles Pool Service team since 2015. My approach combines a decade of real-world experience with advanced leadership training to ensure our operations run seamlessly. As a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO®) with specialized Stain Removal Certification, I don't just manage from a desk; I understand the technical science behind a perfect pool.

When I’m not overseeing pool operations, you can usually find me out on a cruise, spending time with my horses, or decorating my house for the holidays—my goal is always to make sure the decorations can be seen from space!

My goal is to provide you with consistent, reliable service from our entire Isles Pool Service staff so that you never have to worry about the safety or appearance of your water.

Colleen | Office Manager

I’ve been at Isles Pool Service since 2015. I  bring a unique perspective to our front office because I’ve actually spent time working out in the field. Unlike a typical office administrator, I have a technical grasp of pool chemistry and equipment. This allows me to bridge the gap between our service routes and our customer support flawlessly. When I'm not in the office, I love being out on the water boating or at home raising my chickens.

When you call or email our office, you aren’t just talking to a scheduler—you’re talking to an expert. I’m here to make the administrative side of your pool care as clear and easy as the water itself.

Cassie | Route Supervisor

My journey with the company began in 2016 working directly in the field. This hands-on background gave me a deep, fundamental understanding of exactly what it takes to keep a pool clean, chemically balanced, and mechanically sound. I hold multiple industry credentials, including Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO®), Startup Certified, and Stain Removal Certified. Outside of work, I love to get lost in a good book, spend quality time with my children, and spend time in the kitchen baking.

I lead our service technicians with a "lead-by-example" philosophy. Because I’ve done the work myself, I know exactly what to look for during inspections. I ensure our team is performing at their best so that your pool is always swim-ready after every visit.

Maxine  | Director of Customer Relations And Positivity

I’ve been a proud member of the Isles Pool Service team since 2021, and my role is a unique blend of training and field expertise. As the Director of Customer Relations I provide training for the whole staff—bringing high energy, empathy, and a positive spirit to everything I do. I am also an active pool cleaner. This means I don’t just talk about pool care; I’m out there getting my hands dirty and ensuring our high standards are met in person.

You get the best of both worlds: a dedicated advocate in the office who truly understands the technical, hands-on side of cleaning your pool. Whether I’m at your equipment pad or on the other end of the phone, my goal is to ensure you feel supported and completely satisfied with your service. 

When I'm off the clock, I love being outdoors, spending time with my family, and focusing on being a better Christian servant. I’m a proud mother, and when I finally get a moment to relax, you’ll likely find me watching True Crime on TV! 

Joe Freed | Lead Repair Technician

I have been a part of the Isles Pool Service team since 2010, and today I lead our repair department with a master-level understanding of pool mechanics. Like many of our top pros, I started my career as a pool cleaner. Gaining that critical experience with public swimming pools before specializing in repairs gave me a "field-first" perspective; I truly understand how every single component of your system affects your water quality and balance. As a Florida Department of Health Certified Pool Operator (CPO®), I specialize in hydraulics, filtration, and complex chemistry. I am also a Stenner Feeder Specialist and factory-trained in Pentair and Hayward automation, salt systems, high-efficiency pumps, and heaters. When I'm not at work, I love hitting the green for a round of golf or getting behind the kit to play the drums.

When your equipment is acting up, you’re getting an expert who understands the "why" behind the problem. I don't just swap parts; I ensure your entire system is calibrated for peak performance and safety.

Ashley | Repair Technician

I’ve been a key member of the Isles team since 2020, bringing a disciplined and technical approach to every repair I tackle. Following our company tradition, I began my journey cleaning public swimming pools. This ensured I had a deep, practical understanding of filtration demands and water equilibrium before I ever transitioned into my role as a technician. As a Florida Department of Health Certified Pool Operator (CPO®), I pride myself on accurate diagnosis and professional-grade repairs. I am factory-trained in Pentair and Hayward systems—including advanced automation and energy-efficient lighting—and I’m highly proficient in salt systems and Stenner feeder operations. When I’m not focused on repairs, I love spending quality time with my family, whether we are playing music, singing, or drawing together.

I bring a meticulous eye to your equipment pad. My goal is to catch small issues before they become expensive headaches, ensuring your pool stays running efficiently year-round.
